We are a flat of 3 currently (2 males 1 female) ages 20s-30s.

Room is small so affordable price, great for students or working holiday visa looking for affordable easy living!

We are based in Hillcrest off glenfield road, the bus stop is next to my driveway so very easy for transport 15 mins to cbd also have off street parking.

House has 2 bathrooms and shared living space, everyone is easy going we are not a party flat.

No extra bills, electricity, water, internet, Netflix etc all included
