This bright and comfortable room is available in a quiet, clean and tidy home, shared with three full-time working professionals. The room has plenty of natural light, a large built-in mirrored wardrobe and good space. The property is in a very convenient Manurewa location, within walking distance of Manurewa Gurdwara, Great South Road and Manurewa shops. The bus stop is only around a 2-minute walk away, and Manurewa Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk. Rent is $220 per week, including utilities. The room is available from 19 October 2026. We are looking for a clean, respectful and considerate boarder.

We’re looking for someone who is similarly tidy, respectful and easy-going and would feel comfortable sharing the home with us.
