About the room

Self contained small house on our semi-rural property. (Please note, the price is for the whole house.) Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/living. Back and front porches. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher if required. No oven, hobs only. Free internet (wifi and Ethernet), free water, power subsidised (metered in main house), gas for hot water paid by you. Own driveway. Some other furniture etc can be provided if required. Please message for more details.

About the roomies

We live next door in the main house but the cottage is entirely for you. We work from home and are around to look after the grounds and our dogs, cats and chickens, but we keep to ourselves. I have said no pets because our dogs are not great with cats and we already have two. No more than two adults, or one adult and one or two children. Please ask questions though.
