LOOKING FOR SHORT TERM ONLY - MAX 2-3 MONTHS. Spacious room in a nice, sunny and modern 2 bedroom townhouse in Spreydon. The house has a single garage for storage. There is also a great deck that gets sun for most of the day! The room can come furnished with a bed and has an ensuite. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is within easy walking distance to Barrington mall and is situated nicely between the city and the hills. Sorry, no couples.

About the roomies

You will be living with an easy going professional Belgian/Kiwi couple. We are both busy with various hobbies, love the outdoors and like to keep fit. We also enjoy a relaxing night in, playing board games, cooking/baking and watching the occasional movie/tv show. We enjoy the occasional drink but do not drink often so this will not be a party house.
