Located 10 mins walk to the beach. Quiet safe street close to Papamoa plaza and Bayfair.

Beautiful master bedroom available, walk in wardrobe and own ensuite. Ranchslider access to the backyard patio. Very sunny and warm. Double garage with internal access and includes garage parking if you need it.

Spare room also available if you need extra storage.

$300 pw

Internet/Power/Gas are split monthly

Water rates split every 3 months

Room available any time after 30th November but you can view anytime between now and then. Could be available sooner depending on current flatmate.

The house is a Large 4 bedroom home, very clean and tidy with beautiful gardens. A great place to come home to after work and relax in on the weekends. Fully furnished but you will just need your bedroom stuff.

You’ll be sharing the house with my self, a 45yo professional Male and my 17 year old son. We are very house proud , quiet and considerate and drama free. Employed full time, very active with gym and sport and easy to get along with.

We are seeking a mature flatmate, preferably female, employed full time who likes a quiet place to call home (this is not a party house). Long term preferred.
