Hi I have room available in Rotatuna Hamilton. 2 min distance to Rotatuna shopping centre and 5 min drive to Chartwell mall. Only a 5 min walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes drive to Waikato uni. It has a lot of parking space. Very specious lounge a kitchen area and has aloft of space at the backyard too.

I prefer a Female flatmate who is a student or a full time employee. Someone who can keep and room and bathroom clean. I don’t mind them watching tv or using my kitchen wares as far as they can keep it clean and treat the house as of their own. They can spend time in the lounge area as far as they can keep it clean.
