About the room

Peaceful and quiet location with country/bush views. Sizeable 4 bedroom house. Off street parking. 15 minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to the train station and centre of Papakura. 1 large unfurnished bedroom available, with a shared main bathroom.

About the roomies

Sharing with 2 mature, single people. Male is off work, on ACC. Female is a manager at a motorcycle store. We are both relaxed, can have a good laugh and respect each other’s privacy. I’m looking for someone honest, responsible and trustworthy who lives quietly when at home and pays their rent/bills on time.
