About the room

Room available in a 4 bedroom house. Property also has a sleepout (occupied) and double garage outside. Large backyard. Have two indoor ragdolls that mainly stay inside so must be ok with cats. Unable to have any more animals. Room is about a double size, can come with single bed and drawers if needed. Has wardrobe. Afternoon sun. 5 minute walk from a bus stop

Owner occupied. Two of us currently living here aged 29-31. We are friendly and social, we do enjoy having a drink, but also a quiet night. We respect each other’s space. Don’t mind if someone would rather do their own thing.
