Spacious double room available now. Has extra storage outside the room as well. Bathroom shared with one other only.

New bathroom, toilet, large lounge, modern kitchen. House has all mod cons and whiteware including chest freezer in the garage.

Double garage for storage or room for a motorbike (currently already two in there). Unfortunately no room for cars.

Not only does the house come with two great professional flatmates but you get the bonus of sharing it with Winnie the three year old bulldog.

Last but not least you also get the most AMAZING views from the deck of the city and the harbour bridge. A great place to relax after work with a beer/wine in hand.

Please note, this is not a party house but the odd friends and family ok for a BBQ/dinner. It’s a pretty quiet house and that’s the way we like it.

Looking for long term tenant, proactive housemate preferably minimum 1yr.

Available from 17th May. Bond $1120 and one weeks rent in advance $280 required.
