Looking for an additional 1 x flatmate to join 2 existing professionals in a great house in Devonport/Stanley Bay.

Spacious double room available with built in wardrobe and drawers. Has extra storage outside the room as well. Room has sliding doors out to a patio area and amazing views across the harbour. Bathroom shared with one other only.

Large bathroom, toilet, lounge, modern kitchen. House has all mod cons and whiteware including chest freezer in the garage.

Double garage for storage or room for a motorbikes, bicycles, water sports equipment etc Unfortunately no room for cars.

You’ll also be sharing with Sidney the 1 year old bulldog. Please note you must be very dog friendly as we can have a couple of dogs here at one time as we look after friends dogs occasionally.

Last but not least you also get the most AMAZING views from the deck of the city and the harbour bridge. A great place to relax after work with a beer/wine in hand.

Please note, this is not a party house but the odd friends and family are ok for a BBQ/dinner. It’s a pretty quiet house and that’s the way we like it.

Looking for long term tenant, proactive housemate, professional, clean and tidy flatmate, preferably minimum 1yr.

We treat this house like it is our home, we’re looking for someone mature and house proud, not some one who struggles to do house work and spends all their time in their room. Needs to also be proactive around the house and yard, lawns need mowing regularly, weeding etc

Two mature professional females, 1 x WFH and one working in the CBD. We like a vino or two after work and like to share dinners etc on the odd occasion.
