Sunny furnished room available. Close to paknsave, fashion island shopping center. Short walk to the beach. Heaps of space in the garage for your surfboard. House gets loafs of sun and is on a relaxed street close to the duck pond.

I’m 30 female who works as an embryologist. I have a cat Ripley who is very cuddley🐈 I love swimming at the beach and gardening which is great as there’s a massive garden at this house. Always keen for a gin n tonic but I’m not a party animal, so looking for similar energy flat mates. 1 other flattie 25 female who also have a chill energy.
