We have 1 Fully Furnished double glazed double bedroom available from 20/06/2026. 6 minutes drive by car, 9 minutes cycle or 20 minutes walk to the city centre and easy bus routes if needed. The house is also within walkable distance to amenities such as supermarket and hospital. There is a large main bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who like to cook. Max speed fibre internet. Each bedroom comes with a queen bed, electric blankets and heater, bedding/pillows, new thermal curtains, bedside table, drawers and large built-in wardrobes. Prices are $270 for a single plus expenses or $320 for couples plus expenses.
You’ll be staying with us, a married couple, optometrist and accountant. We have a chowchow dog living at the house, unfortunately no room for other pets. Parking: offstreet concrete pad for 3 cars. Please message us with a little description and your ideal move in date.
