Large fully furnished sunny room with views, available for rent, 15 minutes walk to Nelson City. Positioned at the base of the Grampians Reserve and 5 minutes walk to Nelson Hospital. My home is located on a quiet street. It is modern, sunny and warm with a garden and sunny deck for taking in the views. There is off-street parking and room for toy storage in the garage and under the house. Flatmate will equally share cost of power and internet bills as well as some shared cleaning and grocery items.

I am a 23-year-old female working and studying as a teacher aide and in animal care. My work schedule means I am sometimes at home during the day. I enjoy socialising but also value my own personal time. I’m a clean-living non-drinker, and this is not a party house. When I’m not working, I enjoy walking our family dog in the Grampians Reserve or at the beach, mountain biking, or tramping. I love exploring the Nelson region and beyond during weekends. I own a small kitten called Bernard, who lives with me in the flat. Bernard is a Burmese cat and will join the flat in mid-February 2026. I am looking for a friendly, kind, tidy, and respectful flatmate who is of a similar age.
