About the room
My home is a 5 bedroom home, and a room has become available (from 28th March 2025).
My home is on a private back section adjacent to the bush and is very quiet, peaceful and sunny with a large conservatory. It has a heat pump plus a fire place for heating on colder nights and the house is fully insulated.
Currently I have two other boarders who are quiet and keep to themselves pretty much.
I have a few rooms available however the one advertised is an extra large double room with large wardrobe , comfortable and clean and would suit a couple. It is fully insulated and gets good sun.
Plenty of parking off street available.
The room is available for a $350 per week, this includes power / rubbish / internet. Other expenses are not included eg food, kitchen items etc. The house has 3 fridges and a tall freezer plus a large walk in pantry.
About the roomies
3 middle aged males.. Interests include sports tennis squash motorcycles music garden family social times.. We are all pretty quiet 2 wkg while other studies from home. We like to keep the place tidy at all times :)
