We’re seeking a single flatmate (sorry, no couples) for our second-floor bedroom with its own private bathroom. There is plenty of storage with twin double-sized fitted wardrobes.

You will be sharing this flat with 3 other working professionals aged 30+. Once you have attended a viewing, we will provide additional information on the flatmates and an opportunity to meet with them.

The first floor has shared open plan living, including a large kitchen with plenty of bench space, a dining table & chairs, comfy sofas, coffee table and there is a lovely outdoor balcony with a view of Mt Maungakiekie.

Appliances include large fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, oven and hob, 55“ smart TV, vacuum cleaner, clothes washing machine and clothes dryer. The local shops, including a cafe, dairy, and takeaways, are immediately across the road, and the house is conveniently located just minutes from Royal Oak and Onehunga Shopping Centres. Great location for public transport, with bus stops just outside.

All Utilities, including business quality broadband and weekly cleaning are included. The bedroom can be furnished for an additional $15 pw.

MOVE IN COSTS = 3 weeks bond + 1 weeks rent in advance.
