This beautiful 4 bedroom home has been in my family for over 55 years. The house has been well looked after and loved, even freshly revamped just over a nearly 2 years ago. Fully fenced, there is plenty of grass area at the front and back of the property; even a beautiful big tree out the front. There is a spacious kitchen leading into a dining area which then also leads into a nicely sized lounge. French doors lead off the lounge onto a concrete covered deck which catches the sun all day. The room for rent is fully furnished with built in draws, cupboard, queen bed and side tables (linen and bedding can be provided). This home is light, bright and warm, based in a friendly neighbourhood with a four square just down the road as so the airport.
