Short or long term rental available in secure quiet area. Room comes fully furnished with queen bed, desk, shelving & wardrobe + bathroom with own toilet. I’m looking for a clean, tidy person who will be respectful of my home. Perfect for a working professional or student, who doesn’t smoke or vape. All bills included minus food and personal items. There are a few luxury items including a spa bath, clothes dryer and dishwasher + off street parking and a bus stop next door. At times during the season free veges, fruit & eggs.

Great location only 5 mins drive to Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū Tararua Highway with loads of walking, biking and outdoor adventures on our doorstep + the local gym, swimming pool and social hangouts

I work full time and have 2 friendly dogs - an old dog who sleeps most of time & a 6 year old, both males and very affectionate. I’m friendly and outdoorsy, mid aged female that goes away at times so you will get to enjoy alone times often. I am respectful and considerate who values a peaceful and clean living space. I am easy going and always up for a friendly chat or sharing a meal, but also respect each other’s space.
