Safe, bespoke, clean and non smoking/vaping apartment handy to motorway network in all directions. Bus stop and eateries near by. Walking distance to most locations in / near CBD. Utilities included. Room has a King Single bed, (bigger than a normal single). Own bathroom but shared with occasional visitors. Safe parking on road. Depending on vehicle I may be able to arrange an onsite carpark for a small weekly cost. Prefer short term 1-3 month stays but happy to discuss longer options with right person.

Other occupant is a well travelled professional male in 50s. Enjoy bike riding, walking, tennis, squash, cooking, occasional drinks, Bbqs. Not a party house, and respect for each others privacy welcomed.
