Sunny house and room available. It is a five-minute cycle to Wainui Beach and a 10-minute cycle into town. The room has a queen bed, lamp, side table, and wardrobe. There is space in our shed for storage. We would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

You will be living with my partner and me, and another female housemate who is in her early twenties. We are in our 30s and bought the house in February last year. We enjoy yoga, surfing, community theatre and running. We love to unwind and chill in the evenings listening to records or watching something on the projector. Upon buying the house, we rescued some strays, so the person living here would have to be okay with cats.
