Our home is in Petone, in a great location—there’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and the Ava train station is just a 10-minute walk away. We’re also really close to some great spots: the public swimming pool and the Petone rugby club are a 3-minute walk, Whitireia and WelTec Petone Campus are just 5 minutes away, and Petone Beach is a 10-minute walk. There are also plenty of parks and shops nearby.
We have a cosy, fully furnished large room available with balcony access. There is parking available and plenty of storage space in the house.
