$260 for single person, $340 for couple excluding expenses (divided evenly between flatmates each month) ~~~🌞🏘THE HOME🏘🌞~~~ The available bedroom is on the second floor with a shared bathroom. There is a kitchen and dining area, living area, and small outside area with plenty of sun! ~~~🚗🚎PARKING AND TRANSPORT🚎🚗~~~ Street parking AND bus-stops literally right outside the flat (e.g. 83 takes you straight goes straight to Welly and 110/83 eastbound takes you to Queensgate and beyond). But if you want to get your steps in... Queensgate Mall is under 20min walk away! Countdown, Pack'n'save etc. all 5-10mins drive away (honestly it's great location). 15-20 minute drive into Welly :)

You will be living with 3 people in their 20s - a couple (one of them owns the home) and myself!
