We are looking for a new flatmate who will join us in our home. Our room is good for single room or 2 females who are willing to share in the room is fine. We are looking for someone who is working full-time, pays the rent on time, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We prefer for long term rent but might consider those people holding a working holiday visa. Non smoker and no pets allowed please. Couple/sharing is $330 per week while single is $240 per week. Weekly rent includes internet, as well as reasonable use of power and water.
Our house is conveniently located to shopping centre, hospital, and schools.

You will be living with our family. It’s a family home so we keep it nice and tidy for you to also feel that “there’s no place like home” ambiance where we respect each other feel that camaraderie as sometimes have we will have some bbq in the deck, movie watching, and enjoy the pleasure of being home. Your room is in upstairs so you enjoy your privacy.
