This room is suitable for someone who likes lots of space and privacy as you’ll have the entire top floor to yourself with space to set up a home office/study area.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, an open plan dining and kitchen area with a balcony. We’re in a convenient location in West Auckland - close to the Northwestern Motorway, Te Atatu Bus Interchange, supermarkets and the Waitākere Hospital.
Weekly rent for one person: $360 + $45 expenses (water, power and internet).
Weekly rent for couples: $470 + $80 expenses (water, power and internet).
Move-in costs: 3 weeks’ rent for bond + 1 week’s rent in advance.
Current flatmate: Male in 30s. Friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful working professional.
