Our new three-storey house in Te Atatu South comes with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with balcony.

The house is furnished with new appliances and we have one room available which comes with a new queen bed, in-built wardrobe, and an outside deck. Bathroom to be shared with 1 other male flatmate . Rent for the room is $260 per week + $40 expenses (water, power and internet).

We’re located in a quiet neighbourhood and in a convenient location in West Auckland - close to supermarkets & Costco, the North-Western motorway and cycleway and the Te Atatu bus interchange.
