Public transport/ paid parking within 2 minute walking distance. Single $350 fully furnished room, kitchen, hot water, internet and electricity included within reason (e.g. usually works out to be $15-20pp except if you leave the heater on all day or if you are gamer needing high internet usage every day sorry then you pay more depending on amount.). Im away sometimes but would love to share a meal if we can.
