About the room

Huge basement room with 2 large built in wardrobes and large storage cupboard too. Comes with a queen bed and 2 bedside tables. Ensuite and access to back yard. Shared kitchen but the room is large in enough to have it as a lounge/office too. 3 year old property so has all the mod cons. Adjacent to supermarket, bars. Cafes, cinema, bowling and every takeaway you could dream off. Bus stop just outside too. This is a fantastic location and stunning large room.

Single man with a son who comes 2 nights a week but we are 2 stories up so won’t know we are there.
