Smoking/ Vaping outside only please. Rent includes power, gas, unlimited broadband, Netflix, firewood, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, baking paper, glad wrap, toilet paper, etc. Modern rural home on top of Burkes bank in a quiet rural spot, yet close to town.
Secure concreted parking up long drive. Lot’s of space at top of drive. The bedroom has a queen bed and bedside tables (+ fully furnished with linen and towels if you wish). The communal areas are cleaned when I am around, otherwise please clean up after yourself. Everything supplied except for your own personal items (toiletries) Home is double glazed and soundproofed. Looking for someone honest and trustworthy as we are an older couple who go away a bit.

Prefer someone working. Honest and trustworthy. Able to pay fortnightly rent. We are an older couple and have a flatmate who you will share the bathroom and separate toilet with. We have our own bathroom. Prefer long term flatmate, however open to discuss options.
