The communal areas are cleaned once weekly otherwise please clean up after yourself. Everything supplied except for your own personal items. Home is double glazed and soundproofed. The home faces north and outlooks to the swimming pool.

About the roomies

Prefer someone working. If a couple, second person is additional $150 per week. Honest and trustworthy. Able to pay fortnightly rent. We are an older couple and have a flatmate who you will share the bathroom and separate toilet with. We have our own bathroom.
