About the room

Big home hidden off the road (320m2) split over 2 levels. Down the road is the North-Western motorway. Its about 1 min drive to Westgate, Norwest, Costco etc.

Make the room or house your own. Put up photos, have friends or family over. Private, quiet and secure.

Room itself is pretty lush, with a good feel (previous flatmate comments). Its larger than most (for scale the pictured bed is a queen) and comes with a built in wardrobe, drawers and TV. Everything pictured can stay.

Provided is most other furniture, utensils, appliances etc if you have extra of your own, bring them, if they fit lets do it.

2 guys and 2 girls. Two girls in a relationship and in their late 20s and 30. One male in his 40’s, the other is in his 20’s. Sociable, independant. Weekly/monthly shared cooking/meals/games is an option.
