I am a clean, practical, and respectful homeowner who maintains a quiet and well-kept household. I am a non-smoker and lead an active lifestyle, with interests including the gym, boxing, fishing, and work commitments.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, watching sport or Netflix, and relaxed BBQs.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to Botany Town Centre, including restaurants, gyms, and cafes. Public transport is easily accessible, with nearby bus stops, and Sylvia Park and motorway access are also close by.

Due to my busy schedule, I am often not home, making this a peaceful living environment.
