Hey there! I’m living in our 2 bedroom character apartment, right in the center of Herne Bay. And I’m looking for one lovely person to join me and my little bird in our inner city sanctuary.

🏡 About the house: This newly reburbished home has fully kitted out kitchen and laundry with all modern appliances. It has a generous living area with good energy and a cute outside patio area to enjoy sunny days.

📍 Where we are: My favourite part about this apartment is the location. We are literally steps away from the supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars and public transport, which is perfect for those who love convenience. We are walking distance to Ponsonby, CBD, beaches and the marina, making this location unbeatable. Despite being so central, it’s quiet, private and serene.

🛏️ About the room The room is unfurnished. It’s warm, quiet, and peaceful. There is a spacious built-in wardrobe with extra cupboards so there’s great storage. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just myself so it’s easy access and no waiting. We’ve got fast unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

🥰 Preferred flatmate Who we’re hoping to find: Someone kind, considerate, clean and friendly. Must love birdies 🐤 We are open to any age/gender.

Room is available from 27 July. 💸 Rent $350 per week + expenses.

💰 Move-in costs: 3 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance.

I’m sociable and am happy to share a meal and a glass of wine though I also enjoy personal space and time to myself.
