Lush room out West (on Royal Road) so a minute away from Westgate/NorWest/Costco etc + northwestern motorway right there to hit the city and beyond.

A big 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Quiet and safe, you will be sharing a bathroom and 2 loos. Master room has its own ensuite. Please be clean minded and happy to help out with cleaning/maintenance duties of shared areas.

Put up pictures, paint the walls. Have friends or family over. Grow, thrive, relax, recover.
