A cozy 2-bedroom flat located in the heart of Saint Johns. The living room provides great sunrise views over all Auckland looking southeast.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and bedside table included. There is enough room to fit a set of drawers too but unfortunately not a desk.

A double waredrobe also provides ample space for clothes.

A secured garage below the house also provides loads of space for storage if you need it, plus there’s plenty of free on-street parking. I also have a spare bike if you’re wanting to cycle around or get to work/uni.

Nearby public transport includes the 65 bus right outside the door and the 75 bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away which goes straight to Auckland University and the city centre. A walk down the road leads to the Glen Innes train station as well.

Other nearby benefits include the GI to Tamaki Drive shared path which takes you to Kepa Bush and through to the city, and ‘Dusty’s Depot’, an amazing bakery literally across the road!

Ideally I’d be after someone around the same age with a similar vibe.

Easy going, tidy and friendly. I like to keep active with running and hiking. I work in ecommerce/data analytics but love to get out and about to explore the country in the weekends.
