Fully Fenced, Gated property, house is decent sized, always kept clean and tidy, room is approx 4x5m and is situated further down the hallway nearer the bathroom. Room is nice and presentable, with dark carpet, white blinds and nice grey curtains.

Just me here currently, I have my daughter’s once a fortnight and work 5-6 days a week as a plasterer, I’m sociable and friendly yet respect personal space and generally keep to myself. I do enjoy a quiet drink or a movie on occasion, all in all pretty laid back dude, just needing a flatmate to help with the rent, any more questions don’t hesitate to ask, cheers 😎
