Hill view house! Double bedroom with queen size bed, small drawer and standard inbuilt wardrobe. 2 x lounges as common rooms. Willing to extend stay longer if needed!

This hill view home is a newly built property, less than one year old, featuring two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double garage. It includes essential amenities such as a washing machine, internet access, and standard kitchen appliances. Parking is available either directly outside the house or on the street, depending on vehicle size. The property also offers a pleasant outlook with views of the surrounding hills. Nice area overall; very active community.

We are a late twenties hardworking couple; living in our mortgaged home. Our perseverance in life has allowed great opportunities for us at such a young age and we always hope to inspire others to do well in general. Literally looking for someone who wants a nice comfy place to call home; and figure out their life in the long run, etc…where we may be able to assist each other in. We also love to travel, go out and do activities with our families. We are very sociable and easy‑going.

Always open to chat, hangout, etc… Both of us work full‑time in the logistics and warehousing sector, each with over ten years of experience, including time in leadership and managerial roles. These job roles have encouraged us a more hands on experience with people and has allowed us the tools to get on well with folks. We love to keep a tidy space but won’t say “no” to cheeky drink here and there. We also know how to respect the privacy of others :)
