About the room

A quiet single or couple invited to apply for a lovely lakefront room, with lake and mountain views, and your own outdoor courtyard overlooking the lake. It’s our modern safe haven and we have been here since new. Shared bathroom with one other. The home is modern and fully furnished, with three bedrooms, and modern amenities (coffee machine) 😁 deck, bbq and amazing views. As flatmates you’ll be sharing the home with the owner and contributing to the overhead cost. We run solar so power is subsidised and we are consciously eco-friendly. The home is located very close to the bus route to town (about three stops to the center). Ideally you are a private person or couple who also enjoys your own space but are happy to converse and share a wine from time to time. This room is possibly available long-term for the right person/couple. We are looking for responsible-minded, autonomous clean people who are happy and capable.
