About the room

A quiet single or couple invited to apply for a lovely lakefront room, with lake and mountain views, and your own outdoor courtyard overlooking the lake. It’s our modern safe haven and we have been here since new. Own bathroom, shared occasionally with one other. (The other extra room is spare for friends/family who may visit.) The home is modern and fully furnished, with three bedrooms, and modern amenities (coffee machine) 😁 and amazing views. You’ll be sharing the home with the owner. We are located very close to the bus route to town (about three stops to the center). Ideally you are a private person or couple who also enjoys your own space but are happy to converse when we come across each other. This room is possibly available long-term for the right person/couple. We are looking for responsible-minded, autonomous people who are happy to, and capable of, looking after the home in our absence when we travel overseas from time to time. We are keen to share with clean responsible people😄
