Unlimited Internet, Washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Double bed with Mattress (if needed) & built-in double cupboard. It is a lovely big, light-filled new (only 6 years old) townhouse. Share power bill.

House is: 2-5 Mins drive to Takanini Train Station, Takanini Gateway Shopping Centre and Silky Otter movie centre. 5 mins drive to Takanini Motorway Exit

About the roomies

There are two single flat mates and we are only looking at one more to join us. Both busy professionals. There is a small garden with a patio and we can’t wait for summer to be able to open the lounge doors and enjoy summer bbqs.
