Room includes: Double bed, desk, built‑in wardrobe, dresser, shelving, bedding, electric blanket, lamps.
The home: Sunny, relaxing and well cared for. Bathroom is separate from shared toilet.
House vibe: Warm, quiet and respectful home. I work from home and value a calm living environment. Looking for someone tidy, considerate and comfortable sharing with two dogs. I appreciate people being mindful around illness (for example, masking in shared spaces if COVID/flu and testing when symptomatic).
Location: Mornington/Kenmure – bus stop outside (Approx. 15 mins to the Bus Hub on Great King St), 5–7 min drive to the city, close to shops and beaches, and easy/free street parking.
