Sunny, warm room in a quiet Mornington/Kenmure home. Spacious, east‑facing bedroom in a fully insulated home with double glazing and thermal curtains. Short or long‑term stays welcome.

Room includes: Double bed, desk, built‑in wardrobe, dresser, shelving, bedding, electric blanket, lamps.

The home: Sunny, relaxing and well cared for. Bathroom is separate from shared toilet.

I’m the homeowner, WFH, and live here with my friendly, well‑trained dog and also now a 2nd recently rescued dog, who is very sweet and settling in well but needs to be around calm and quiet people.

House vibe & expectations: This is a tidy, LGBTQIA+ and environmentally friendly home. I’m looking for someone who is considerate around illness - for example, wearing a mask in shared spaces if Covid or flu and testing if symptomatic. No smokers/vapers or big drinkers.

Looking for: Someone considerate, tidy, and comfortable with dogs. Suited to full-time professionals or students.

Location: Mornington/Kenmure – bus stop outside (10–15 mins to the Bus Hub on Great King St), 5–7 min drive to the city, close to shops and beaches, and easy/free street parking.
