In the middle of Grey Lynn, 2 minutes walk to Grey Lynn Park, less than 10 minutes walk to Ponsonby/K’Road or Grey Lynn shops and cafes and less than 4 minutes drive to the motorway onramps.
The flat and bedrooms are fully furnished with a sunny backyard, private deck, coal BBQ and off street parking (3 spaces total, using 2 already).
The room comes with a private entrance, queen size bed, drawers, mirror and wardrobe.
If you prefer, I can swap out the bed for two singles or remove it from the room.
Downstairs there is a large garage with laundry, pool table and a second full bathroom.
WiFi throughout the flat, Disney+, Netflix and Spotify available on TV in the lounge.
