This room is the sunniest room in the house! It’s a good size and can fit a big bed and will still have room for a desk! The room has a built in wardrobe and a shelf! It also comes with a bed and a set of draws. The house consists of a beautiful kitchen, nice laundry, huge backyard, and a comfy couch! We are a new flat so we are looking for some fun and amazing flatmates to come join us. There is many supermarkets and food shops super close by and just a few minutes walk away you can find the beautiful marina, perfect for a relaxing walk. It is also a quick 4 minute drive to Westgate which offers plenty of shops. We are also close to bus stops if buses are needed!

You will be living with 3 other flatmates, all in our early 20’s. This includes 2 female and 1 male! We are all social and clean people!
