This property is close to shops and transport in Tawa. Just walk down Lyndhurst Rd to the Main Rd. Lovely, light room with LED lights, queen bed and all bedding, good sized wardrobe. Just down the hall there is a new bathroom that is dedicated to this room only. Both rooms are lockable. Huge lounge and kitchen with two pantries and two fridges, well set up for flatting. All furniture and equipment is included as is wi fi. Gas hob and gas hot water. Flatmates keep to themselves mostly and are professionals. There is other storage in the house plus a quarter share in the lockable, dry garage. We have the off street park on a roster at the moment but otherwise there is plenty of free on street parking.
Two professional couples and one single. All working. Looking for a single who is considerate and tidy and will clean up as they go especially in the kitchen after cooking.
