The house is fully furnished and equipped with all the major appliances necessary for modern living.
Appliances include large fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, oven and hob, 55“ smart TV, vacuum cleaner, clothes washing & drying machines.
The local shops, including a cafe, dairy, and takeaways, are immediately across the road. The house is conveniently located for public transport and just minutes from Royal Oak and Onehunga Shopping Centres.

Current flatmates are in their late 20’s early 30’s. They have bonded and created a warm, friendly, and supportive environment. They are sad to see one flatmate go but are looking forward to welcoming someone new into the flat family. They are kind, respectful and happy to chat and share flat living while respecting privacy too.
