Destress on the covered deck with a glass of wine, toast marshmallows over the firepit (which comes with lots of firewood), tinker away in your 2.5x2.5m She Shed/Man Cave, put your culinary skills to the test cooking a BBQ in your outdoor kitchen or watch the sunset from your swinging chair that we have put in the Puriri tree along with a bird house. Every year, at this time of year, some new bird family moves in to raise their young and its a delight to behold watching it. A passionfruit vine, blackberry, lunchbox capsicum and grape have recently been planted, there is a 5 square metre vegetable garden for you to grow your own food and a herb garden with trellis by the outdoor kitchen. This property would suit someone who wants their own space without the hefty price tag and/or someone who wants some great rural r and r from a busy job. It can be provided unfurnished or furnished.
