3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in Hamilton Central - close to the Lake, Woolworths & Pak n Save, 5 min drive to Hospital. This room has a good sized double wardrobe, could fit a double/queen bed with 2 side tables and a dresser. You would be sharing the main bathroom with 1 other flatmate. The house also has plenty of common room storage for other miscellaneous things! Preferably wanting long term (6month+) roomies! Current flatmate is willing to leave behind single bed with mattress if wanted

I’m 28 and working full time Monday-Friday, the other flatmate is 23 and studying medicine (Moving out August). Suitable for another yo-pro or a student wanting to live in central.
