The room will be available from Sunday 17th. I’m primarily looking for someone who wants to stay short-term until 2nd of March, as I will be leaving the country soon. However, if someone is interested in staying long-term, they would need to be willing to join the tenancy agreement for the whole house.
The room is suitable for a single person or a couple. For a couple, the rent would be $360 per week plus bills.
