About the room

beautiful farm cottage in Ashhurst tranquil and peaceful. I have a large furnished double room and rent includes all expenses. there is a smaller room also but I don’t know if i will let that out. That will fit a double bed or a single and will rent for $160 if I decide to rent it out. I could do a deal for both rooms if that is what you need. Grazing available if needed as we are on a farm, must be quiet, have an income, pay rent on time, responsible and mature, no addictions, partner dramas or anything like that. this is a beautiful community with lots on offer . I will put a photo up of the smaller rom to rent but it is full of stuff but that can be moved very easily

About the roomies

Theres just me a 55 year old woman who works from home. i have two little non shedding dogs and a horse and i am quiet, and easy going.
