Has lawns , paved area and deck and a front patio.All modern appliances . Heat pump and HRV. Gas cooking. It’s like a community setting with friendly neighbours. It’s a home and not a flat. Have had two flatmates for 5 years if that makes a difference.
Rate includes utilities (power, water, gas , unlimited fibre) cleaning supplies & basic essentials like laundry powder ,toilet tolls, towel rolls, handwash, salt , pepper etc. Just don’t want to administer bills.Right fit is important than letting it out, hence am in no rush.
