I am looking for uni students or working professionals to share my home with me in Feilding, with two double bedrooms available to rent. Located in a modern residential area, the home is very private and peaceful, with a large fully fenced backyard. A near new build, the house features double glazing and heating throughout, as well as having all shared living spaces north facing.

Rent: $250 per room. Price includes room (unfurnished), power, fibre internet, and basic household waste consumables. Bond: $500 per room

Both rooms come with built in double wardrobes and have good wifi coverage. Attached pictures show north-facing room, with south-facing room having similar look and layout. The main bathroom will be primarily shared exclusively between the occupants of the two rental rooms, but will also be made available to the occasional visitor. Home exercise equipment is also available for flatmates to use, subject to being well treated.

I am a male professional in my 40’s with two mature and considerate High School aged children (1 x boy and 1 x girl) who also live with me every second week. A young and friendly family dog (Huntaway) also resides on the property. As such, it is definitely a family home with a quiet, casual, and relaxed atmosphere, not a party house.

I value privacy, maturity, and consideration towards others in a shared living space and am therefore looking for like-minded individuals.
