Room with shared facilities & flatmates
We are seeking a single flatmate (sorry, no couples) for our large, first-floor bedroom, with fitted wardrobes.
You will share a bathroom with one other considerate flatmate.
This is one of five bedrooms in our brand-new, fully furnished townhouse on Trafalgar Street, Onehunga. The current flatmates are in their mid 20s to early 30’s and are all working professionals. Once you have attended a viewing, we will provide additional information on the flatmates and an opportunity to meet with them too.
The shared open-plan living is on the ground floor. It includes a large kitchen with plenty of bench space, a dining table & chairs, comfy sofas, coffee table and there is a lovely outdoor view. Appliances include large fridge, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, oven and hob, 55“ smart TV, vacuum cleaner, clothes washing machine and clothes dryer.
The local shops, including a cafe, dairy, and takeaways, are within a 5-minute walk, and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from either Royal Oak or Onehunga Shopping Centres.
All utilities, including business-quality broadband and cleaning, are included.
For an additional $15 pw, room can be furnished with a Double or Queen-size bed and bedroom furniture.
MOVE IN COSTS = 3 weeks bond + 1 weeks rent in advance
the current flatmates are aged in their mid 20’s to early 30’s. they all work full time and are busy outside of work with a variety of sports and activities.
