Great property with plenty of outdoor space, big 700sqm backyard. Recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, plenty of off street parking. 3 bedroom home. Must be okay with animals as I have two cuddly cats and about to have two fluffy husky puppies (5 months old)..
Close to town - approx 5 minute drive. Local bus stop and fish n chip shop nearby.
*Room has new double bed and entertainment unit / working TV already in place.
I have recently purchased my first home in Friendly Feilding as I am about to start working as a Paramedic in the Manawatu (coming up from the Horowhenua). Late 20’s years female, have two cats and about to have two dogs! Friendly and social, occasional catch ups and drinks (not parties) with friends and whānau, you’d be more than welcome to have friends over for visits. Planning on getting back into the gym (aren’t we all), and work shift work so just have to be mindful of my night shifts (6pm to 6am) but otherwise super chill, love all things to do with the water, swimming / diving/ surfing.
