There’s ample street parking and a car port that can be switched back and forth between residents. The flat/house has lofted ceilings with exposed beams that makes it feel spacious. There’s many windows to let natural light in and thick curtains to block out light when needed. On hot days, opening the windows does the trick. On cold days, there’s a heat pump in the living room and a heater in each room. There’s ample storage space in the kitchen, hall closet, and bathroom. The living room is furnished completely with a boho vibe. Backyard is sizeable and fairly undeveloped.
