Our house is up on the hill in Corstorphine, Dunedin! It is far enough away from the the main city to feel removed from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for a quick drive down the hill to everything you might need! We have a bus stop on the street right beside our house, and a fully fenced and gated property with lots of outdoor space and parking! The house is insulated and double glazed, with two heat pumps and a fireplace we often use in winter. It is also fully furnished, including a dryer, washing machine, fridge, and stand-up freezer. Two toilets, and one shared shower :)

You would be living with two girls (22 and 25 years old) and one 4 year old dog (English Staffy). All of us have been living at this address for the past 4 years! We have quite a relaxed and chilled out vibe at home, because we are quite busy working full time, but we love to have a good chat or to head out together for a flat daytrip when we get the time! The property is very close to Blackhead Beach and the Tunnel Beach track, which are lovely options for a swim or a walk, but there is easy access to the rest of the city down the hill :)
